With over 15 years of success in sales and leadership, Joshua Harris has built multiple 500+ member sales teams and has continually produced at a high level himself.
A licensed life insurance agent since 2012, Joshua has shifted his primary focus from personal production to building an innovative, successful, and exciting call center environment in the Columbus, OH area; one of the first of its kind. Joshua was inspired to create such an environment after being recognized as a top producer in the field.
Prior to entering the salesforce, Joshua was a record-breaking Division I Quarterback and Heisman Trophy candidate at Bowling Green State University. Following his collegiate success on the field, Joshua was drafted in the 6th round of the 2004 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens and later played for both the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants. In 2016, Joshua's on-the-field success and off-the-field leadership earned him induction into the Bowling Green State University Athletic Hall of Fame.
Despite his commitment to his personal success and the success of Freedom Direct, Joshua still finds time to make his family a priority. He and his wife Tami live in Ohio where he enjoys coaching their two sons in football, golfing at every opportunity and traveling whenever their busy family schedule allows.

Deryck has been in the call center business since 1995, and has always been a natural born leader with the ability to train and motivate others.
In addition to his years in call center management, Deryck gained invaluable leadership experience in the education field. While working as a high school teacher to students on the Autism spectrum, Deryck was able to apply his sales and leadership knowledge to his curriculum, teaching students vocational, interviewing and phone skills, preparing them for a successful, independent future.
Following his teaching career, Deryck returned to his sales roots by obtaining his insurance license in 2015. Having gained experience as an agent, Deryck understood that any insurance marketing plan must include a nice mix of lead options. This is where he was influential in building the sales departments of two separate Insurance Lead Sales industry leaders; one of which was the fastest growing company in Ohio, the 24th fastest growing company in America, and was nominated as the Best Place to Work in Columbus, OH. The other registered a 308% 3-year growth rate and was also identified as one of the fastest growing companies in America- all under Deryck's guidance.
Today RMG (Deryck's insurance lead sales company, in which Joshua is Partner) is one of the fastest growing companies in Central Ohio (According to Columbus Business First Magazine) and 2019 & 2020's Top 10 Best Places to Work in Columbus, Ohio.
Deryck is also a published author, speaker and serial entrepreneur. Deryck, and his wife Desiree, have 4 children and two grandchildren.
